Avarion Refund & Return Policy

At Avarion, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. By purchasing from Avarion, you agree to the terms mentioned herein.

1. Eligibility for Returns
● Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from our official website (avarion.in).
● The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
● Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
● Products purchased during sale/discounted offers or through coupon codes are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
● Customized or personalized products.
● Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
● Products damaged due to improper handling, washing, or wear & tear after delivery.
● Products returned without original packaging or tags.

3. Refunds
● Refunds are initiated only after quality inspection of the returned product.
● Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
● Shipping, handling, and COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.
● In case of prepaid orders, any transaction/processing fees charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exchanges
● Exchanges are allowed only for size issues (subject to stock availability).
● If the required size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
● Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases.

5. Damaged/Defective Products ● If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/video proof. ● After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or provide store credit. ● Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

6. Order Cancellations ● Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. ● Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Shipping & Return Costs
● Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect.
● Avarion is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments. Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service.

8. Abuse of Policy
● Avarion reserves the right to deny returns/refunds/exchanges in cases of repeated returns, suspected abuse, or fraudulent activity.

9. Policy Changes Avarion reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically
